Iguanas

Last year, one of the visiting yachts adopted 2 iguanas from the market here in Port Vila.  After the yacht left Vanuatu, the next port of call was Australia.  As many of you know, Australia Quarantine is serious business.  The boat elected to leave the iguanas with us, rather than taking the chance in Aus.  We were delighted.  We’ve got 6 hibiscus plants in our yard and that has been their food of choice so food was no problem.

Last week we were seated in our lounge when I noticed a new addition to the enclosure… a baby iguana.  So now, we are the proud parents of a new iguana… Any ideas on what we should call it?  Its parents names are Gordon and Anna.
